5 ACTUAL VALUES

5.8DIAGNOSTICS

Some actual value messages are helpful in diagnosing the cause of Trips, Alarms, or Start Blocks. The 469 automatically
defaults to the most important message. The hierarchy is Trip and PreTrip messages, Alarm, and lastly, Start Block Lock-
out. To simplify things, the Message LED (indicator) will flash, prompting the operator to press the
