Using the LifeSense II Monitor

Date/Time Screen

This screen allows the operator to set the monitor's date and time (24-hour clock). The date/time is
used in the file name when downloading data. If the operator will not be downloading data, setting the
date/time is not required.
This screen is accessed through the Configuration Menu (see Access the Configuration Menu).
1. On the Configuration Menu, press Date/Time. Date/Time screen (figure 11) displays.
2. To select a field, press the up or down arrow for that field.
3. Tap the up arrow to increase the value; tap the down arrow to decrease the value. Steadily
press the arrow to scroll through the values.
4. When finished, press Save to save the date and time, close the screen, and return to the
Configuration Menu. To exit without saving changes, press Cancel.
NOTE: When monitoring a patient after a complete loss of battery power, the date/time recorded
in new patient data files will begin counting from the date/time of the last shutdown.
