2nd possibility - press the "brokering" key.
The first call (MAIER) is placed on hold. You
are connected to the second caller and you
can broker between both calls or you can
forward the call.
Rejecting the waiting (knocking) call
( Press the "esc" key. The caller now hears the
busy tone instead of the ringing tone if you
have been called as the only party. The caller
continues to hear the ringing tone if several
users are called according to a ringing
distribution configuration. The first call is
again displayed.
