Chapter 3: View Status Parameters

2 View the ATM Statistics for the following information:
• Port Name – Name assigned to this Port (SHDSL).
• Rx VPI – Received VPIs. Values range from 0-4095.
• Rx VCI – Received VCIs. Values range from 32-65535.
• Rx Packets – The total number of packets received for this session.
• Rx Bad Pkts – The total number of errored packets received for this session.
• Active – Values are True and False.
• Tx VPI – Transmitted VPIs. Values range from 0-4095.
• Tx VCI – Transmitted VCIs. Values range from 32-65535.
• Tx Pkts – The total number of packets transmitted for this session.
• Tx Bad Pkts – The total number of errored packets transmitted for this session.
• Encapsulation
Select the encapsulation type as indicated by the service provider. The options are:
– LlcBridged—Logical Link Control allows multiple protocols to be run over the session. LlcBridged
is the default.
– VcMuxBridged—Virtual Channel Multiplexer-based encapsulation allows one protocol to be run
over the session
