    The Megabit Modem 310F and 320F are designed to be used together, one at each end of a circuit, with the model 310F functioning as the ATU-C and the model 320F functioning as the ATU-R. The Megabit Modem 310F and 320F use Discrete MultiTone (DMT) line coding.
