6. Press and/or hold the INCR or DECR footswitch to select an Axe-Fx function from the list. See
the table below for a complete list of available functions.
7. Press PARAMETER to return to the first cursor position if you want to repeat this process from
step 4 to set up additional switches, or press EXIT to return to PERFORMANCE MODE.

5.1.1 List of Available Axe-Fx Functions

Axe-Fx IA Switches control the bypass switch or X/Y switch of an Axe-Fx block, or the tuner or tempo function. The
name of an assigned function is displayed momentarily whenever an IA Switch is turned ON.

* NOTE: TUNER, TAP TEMPO, SCENE INCR and SCENE DECT can each be assigned to only ONE switch at a time. If
you try to assign a second switch to one of these functions, the first will automatically change to "NONE".
Tuner and tempo can also be controlled by a single footswitch with a "press and hold" function. See p. 67.
