To install the ESIU PCB:
1. With the 8ESIU, if the 8ESIDB daughter board is to be installed, attach it at this
point.
2. Install the ESIU into a slot.
Each CNx01 connector (CN101, CN201, CN301, CN401) is used to connect up to
four digital extensions.
