If the 4/8SLIDB is to be used, install this prior to inserting the 8SLIU PCB into
the KSU.
Install the COIU into any available slot.

Use Program 14-02-14 to set the trunks as loop or ground start. Loop and ground starts
can be combined on one PCB.
