PCB Location

Determine the slot position for each PCB. In the Controlling KSU:

Slot 1 - dedicated for the CCPU
●
EXIFU slot - dedicated for the Expansion PCB
In the Expansion KSU:
●
EXIFU slot - dedicated for the Expansion PCB
The Controlling/Base and Expansion KSUs:
●
Slots 2-16 are universal (any type of PCB can be installed)

Chapter 2
Make sure to follow the steps indicated in
Installation
(page 2-81) for an initial system install. This will ensure that you start the
system with the default system settings.
To delete a PCB from the system, the PCB must first be removed from the system KSU,
then Program 90-05-01 can be used to delete the slot definition.
