4.10.1

Connecting a Headset

A keyset user can utilize a customer-provided headset in place of the handset. Like using Handsfree, using the
headset frees up the user's hands for other work. However, Headset Operation provides privacy not available
from handsfree.
The headset plugs into a separate jack on the bottom of the phone. This allows the use of the handset or
headset - whichever is convenient at the time.
Simply connect the headset into the headset jack located on the bottom of the keyset. (This jack is located
right next to the handset jack, so make sure to connect to the proper jack.)
