T u r n e a c h p i l o t s c r e w i n a n d c a r e f u l l y c o u n t t h e
number of turns before it seats lightly.
Make a note of this to use as a reference when
r e i n s t a l l i n g t h e p i l o t s c r e w s .
CAUTION
Damage to the pilot screw seat will occur if
the pilot screw is tightened against the seat.
R e m o v e t h e p i l o t s c r e w s a n d i n s p e c t t h e m . R e p l a c e
them if they are worn or damaged.

I n s t a l l t h e p i l o t s c r e w s a n d r e t u r n t h e m t o t h e i r
o r i g i n a l p o s i t i o n a s n o t e d d u r i n g r e m o v a l .
Perform pilot screw adjustment if new pilot screws
a r e i n s t a l l e d ( p a g e 4 - 1 6 ) .
