Right Crankcase Cover Installation - Honda 2000 XR50R Service Manual

Install the return spring and stopper arm as shown
and tighten the bolt to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 13 N·m (1.3 kgf·m, 9Ibf·ft)
Install the gearshift pedal so that it is same height
as the foot peg.
Install the pinch bolt end tighten
it.
Install the primary driven gear and clutch assembly
(page 9-12).
RIGHT CRANKCASE COVER INSTALLA-
TION
Install the clutch lifter plate/adjusting bolt into the
right crankcase cover
by
aligning its pin with the
hole in the crankcase cover.
Coat a new D-ring with engine oil and install it into
the cover groove properly.
Install the washer and lock nut.
