Install the valve cotters using the special tool as
shown.
TOOL:
Valve spring compressor 07757 - 0010000
Valve spring compressor attachment
07959 - KM30101
CAUTION:
To prellent loss of
tension, do not compr&ss the
valvB spring mora than nfJCessary.
Tap the va lve stems gently with two plastic
hammers as shown to seat the cotters firmly.
CAUTION :
Support the cylinder hBad above the work bench

anything
that cause damage.
Apply engine.oil to the rocker arm inner and slipper
surfaces.
Install thB rocker
Install the rocker arms and rocker arm shafts.

Install a new gasket onto the cylinder head right
side

Install the right side cover onto the cylinder head.
