Kickstarter Inspection; Kickstarter Assembly - Honda 2000 XR50R Service Manual

CRANKSHAFT /TRANSMISSION/KICKSTARTER
Remove the snap ring, washer and starter pi nion
gear.
INSPECTION
Check the kickstarter spindle for bending.
Check the friction spring fo r fatigue.
Check each part for wear or damage, replace if
necessary.
ASSEMBLY
Assembly is in the reverse order of disassembly.
