Handling
Once having removed the packaging,
the POWER PLUS Boiler is handled
manually by tilting and lifting it, grabbing
the points shown in the figure.

Do not grab the casing of the boi-
ler, but rather the "solid" parts
such as the boiler bed and the
rear structure.

Adopt suitable safety and protection
measures.

The packaging material must not be dispersed in the envi-
ronment or left within the reach of children as it is a potential
source of hazard. It must be disposed of according to the legi-
slation in force.

Room where the boiler is installed

The POWER PLUS boiler must be installed in a dedicated boiler room,
with adequately sized vents, in compliance with applicable laws and
standards.
If comburent air is drawn from outside the boiler room (using accesso-
ries code 1102439 and 1102449), the POWER PLUS boiler functions
as a sealed (type C) appliance.

Provide enough clearance to access the safety and control
devices and to carry out the servicing operations.

Check that the index of protection of the boiler is suitable for
the characteristics of the room where the appliance is installed.

If the boilers operate on gas fuel with a higher specific weight
than air, the electrical parts must be located at least 500 mm
from the floor.

The boilers cannot be installed outside as they are not
designed for outdoor operation.

Une fois l'emballage retiré, la manu-
tention de la chaudière POWER PLUS
s'effectue manuellement, en l'incli-
nant et en la soulevant par les points
indiqués sur la figure.

Le matériel d'emballage peut être très dangereux. Ne pas le
laisser à la portée des enfants et ne pas l'abandonner n'im-
porte où. Il doit être éliminé conformément à la législation en
vigueur.
Local d'installation de la chaudière
La chaudière POWER PLUS doit être installée dans un local exclu-
sivement destiné à cet usage, conforme aux Normes Techniques et
à la Législation en vigueur et dont l'évacuation des produits de la
combustion et l'amenée de l'air comburant aboutissent à l'extérieur.
En revanche, si l'air comburant est prélevé du local d'installation,
celui-ci doit avoir des ouvertures d'aération conformes aux Normes
Techniques et dimensionnées de manière appropriée.

Tenir compte des espaces nécessaires pour accéder aux
dispositifs de sécurité et de régulation et pour la réalisation des
opérations d'entretien.

Vérifier que le degré de protection électrique de la chaudière
est adapté aux caractéristiques du local d'installation.

Dans le cas où les chaudières seraient alimentées avec du gaz
combustible d'un poids spécifique supérieur à celui de l'air, les
parties électriques devront être placées à une hauteur du sol
supérieure à 500 mm..

Les chaudières ne peuvent pas être installées en plein air
parce qu'elles ne sont pas conçues pour fonctionner à
l'extérieur.
