The safety and automatic adjustment devices on the appliance
must never be modified during its lifetime, except by the maker
or dealer.
b
If the appliance develops a fault and/or works badly, switch it
off and do not attempt to repair it yourself.

Immediately after installation, inform the user that:
- in the event of leaks, he/she must shut off the water supply and
promptly inform the Technical Assistance Service
- he/she must make regular checks to see that the operating
pressure of the system ranges between 1 and 1,5 bar, and
must never be greater than 3 bar. If necessary he/she must call
in professionally qualified personnel from the Servicing Centre
- if the boiler is not planned to be used for a long period, he/she
should call in the Technical Assistance Service to perform the
following operations:
• turn off the main boiler and general system switches
• close the gas and water taps on the heating circuit
• drain the heating circuit to prevent freezing.

Connect the outlet collector to a suitable outlet system.
Safety measures:
a
The boiler should not be used by children or unassisted disa-
bled people
a
Electrical devices or equipment, such as switches, appliances,
etc., should not be used if there is a smell of gas or fumes. If
there is a gas leak, open all the doors and windows to ventilate
the area, turn off the general gas tap and immediately call the
Technical Assistance Service
a
Do not touch the boiler barefoot or if parts of your body are wet
or damp
a
Before cleaning, disconnect the electricity supply by turning
off the two-position system switch and the main control panel
switch

It is forbidden to modify the safety or adjustment devices
without the manufacturer's permission and relative instructions
a
Do not pull, detach or twist the wires from the boiler even if
they are not connected to the power supply
a
Do not block or reduce the size of the ventilation openings in
the room
a
Do not leave inflammable containers or substances in the
room. Only for R.A.I. models: ventilation openings are neces-
saries to a right combustion do not leave inflammable contai-
ners or substances in the room
a
Keep packaging out of reach of children
a
Only use appliance for purposes it is devoted to

Do not lean any object on the boiler

Do not tamper with sealed elements

It is forbidden to block the condensate outlet.

Règles fondamentales de sécurité:
Ne pas oublier que l'utilisation de produits qui emploient des combustibles,
de l'énergie électrique et de l'eau implique le respect de certaines règles
fondamentales de sécurité telles celles qui suivent:

Il est interdit de laisser des enfants ou des personnes handicapées
non assistées utiliser la chaudière.
a
Il est interdit d'actionner des dispositifs ou des appareils électriques
tels qu'interrupteurs, électroménagers, etc. si on sent une odeur de
combustible ou d'imbrûlés. Dans ce cas :
- aérer la pièce en ouvrant portes et fenêtres ;
- fermer le dispositif d'arrêt du combustible ;
- faire intervenir sans retard le Service d'Assistance Technique
BERETTA ou des professionnels qualifiés.

Il est interdit de toucher la chaudière si on est pieds nus ou mouillé sur
certaines parties du corps.
a
Il est interdit d'effectuer une quelconque opération technique ou de
nettoyage avant d'avoir débranché la chaudière du réseau d'alimen-
tation électrique en mettant l'interrupteur général de l'installation sur
« arrêt ».
a
Il est interdit de modifier les dispositifs de sécurité ou de régulation
sans l'autorisation et les indications du fabricant de la chaudière.
a
Il est interdit de boucher l'évacuation des condensats.
a
Il est interdit de tirer, de débrancher ou de tordre les cordons élec-
triques sortant de la chaudière, même si celle-ci est débranchée du
réseau d'alimentation électrique.
a
Il est interdit de boucher ou de réduire les dimensions des ouvertures
d'aération du local d'installation.
a
Il est interdit d'exposer la chaudière aux agents atmosphériques.
Cette dernière n'est pas conçue pour fonctionner à l'extérieur et ne
dispose pas de systèmes antigel suffisants.
a
Il est interdit d'éteindre la chaudière si la température extérieure peut
descendre au-dessous de ZÉRO (risque de gel).
a
Il est interdit de laisser des récipients et des substances inflammables
dans le local où la chaudière est installée.
a
Le matériel d'emballage peut être très dangereux. Ne pas le laisser à
la portée des enfants et ne pas l'abandonner n'importe où. Il doit être
éliminé conformément à la législation en vigueur.
