If the PBX has access to multiple telephone companies, a Special Carrier Access Code is required
each time a CO line call is made. By programming these Special Carrier Access Codes here, Toll
Restriction (TRS) can restrict or allow calls to be made by ignoring the codes and looking at the
telephone number only. If a Special Carrier Access Code is found in the dialed number, TRS will look
only at the following digits.
A maximum of 20 (with the KX-TDA50/KX-TDA100/KX-TDA200) or 100 (with the KX-TDA600)
Special Carrier Access Codes can be programmed. With the KX-TDA600, 20 codes are displayed at
a time. To show other sets of codes, click the applicable tab.
