If you want to continue selecting
destinations using Phone Book, repeat steps
21 through 27.
26. The Message Display now shows the destination you selected, When all the parties
have been selected for Group Dial, press the Start key.
27. To exit from Group Dial registration, press
the No/Clear key twice.
Then, the initial screen will appear.

6.2.2.2 Using the Group Dial

1. Place the document on the Document Feeding
Tray.
2. Press the One Touch key in which the
desired Group Dial has been registered.
For example:
One Touch key 17 →JAPAN group
The document placed on the Document
Feeding Tray is fed in and the machine
starts scanning it.
When the machine completes scanning the
document into memory, it starts dialing the
destinations, one by one, in the order they
were registered.
Upon connection to the destination, the document is transmitted.
The document transmission sequence is repeated for the number of destinations
registered in that particular group.
3. To stop the transmission, press the Stop
key, and then the Yes key.
