validate the mailbox ID.
If the ID you entered is correct, then your machine starts printing the document that
stored in memory.
5.5 Polling TX
Overview of the Polling TX function
Polling TX allows you to set a document to be retrieved by a remote fax machine. Your
machine will automatically send the stored document in response to polling requests from
remote devices. You can set a 4-digit ID to distinguish polling document.
Polling TX offers Single and Multi Modes:

Multi Mode
NOTE:
• You can set a 4-digit ID to distinguish polling document. Contact your Key
Operator to have this set up for you.
• NO matter closed network setting is ON or OFF, your document can be polled by
remote fax machine with correct polling ID.
How to use the Polling TX function
1. Put the original document into the document
feeding tray.
2. Press the Function Key.
The specified file will be deleted after it has been successfully
transmitted
The specified file could transmit several times to those who
need this file, until you cancel this Reservation Session.
