Using the Function Utilities
NOTE:
If the line of a receiving party is busy and the machine is unable to transmit the document,
that party would put at the last of the transmission sequence.
This receiving party is redialed after the machine has completed transmitting the
document to all other parties.

5.2 Timer TX

Overview of the Timer TX function
Timer TX lets the machine scan the document into memory and transmit it to a destination at
a specified time. This feature enables the transmission of a document at times when special
telephone discount rates maybe applicable. This can contribute to reductions in
communication costs.
The timer can be set up to 24 hours in advance.
How to use the Timer TX function
1. Put the original document into the document feeding
tray.
2. Press the Function key.
3. Press '2' of the Numeric keys to select TIMER
TX.
