When the message appears:
1. Remove the original document from the Document

2. pen the Paper Misfeed Guide and gently remove the paper misfeed.

3. Open the Automatic Document Feeder and gently

move the paper misfeed.
4. Close the paper misfeed guide.
5. Place the original document that was removed in step
