Remove the starter motor.
Remove the coolant tubes.
Remove the ~vlln(1Ar head covers.
Remove the belt covers.
Turn the alternator clockwise until the T-1 mark on the

inspel=ticln hole. Check that the No.1 is at TOC
on the stroke. If it is not on
cOim\:lression, rotate the crankshaft one turn and
the T-1 mark with the index mark.
Mark each belt with an arrow to indicate direction of rotation
and a letter to indicate or left side. Mark the crankshaft
to indicate TDC on the No. 1
