Press to clear entered alphanumerc characters.
M [Energy Saver] key
Press to set or cancel the Sleep mode manually.
The key lghts green when the Sleep mode s
set, and goes off when the mode s canceled.
N [Stop] key
Press to cancel machne operatons.
O Error ndcator
Flashes or lghts up when an error has occurred.
P [Start] key
Press to start copyng, scannng and sendng
faxes.
Q Processng/Data ndcator
Flashes durng sendng or recevng faxes.
Lghts when the machne has watng jobs and
stores the data n memory.
R [SYMBOLS] key
Press to enter symbols.
S Numerc keys
Enter letters and numbers.
T [Tone] key
Press to swtch from rotary pulse to tone dalng.
U [Reset] key
Press to return the machne to standby mode.
V [Fax/Send] key
Press to swtch to the Fax/Send mode.
W Color ndcator
Lghts up when color sendng s selected.
X [Image Qualty] key
Press to select mage qualty for copy or fax.
Y [ ] key
Press to ncrease the value for varous settngs.

Z [OK] key
Press to accept a set functon or mode. Also
press and hold to prnt a sample page when
you are n the copy mode.

Press to decrease the value for varous settngs.
