LOAD PAPER
Description
The sze of the paper n the
paper cassette or multpurpose
tray s dfferent from that of the
paper specfed n <CASSETTE>
or <MP TRAY> of the <PAPER
SETTINGS> menu.
– No paper s loaded n
the paper cassette or
multpurpose tray when
copyng or prntng.
– If the paper sze s not
approprate for prntng, an
error message appears wth
one of the messages below.
<CHANGE REG'D SIZE
→ PAPER SETTINGS> or
<CANNOT PRINT RX DATA/
FIX ERROR TO PRINT>
– The approprate paper for
prntng s not loaded.
Action
Load the correct sze paper
or change the paper sze n
<CASSETTE> or <MP TRAY> of
the <PAPER SETTINGS> menu.

– Load the paper correctly by
nsertng t all the way to the
back of the paper cassette.
– Set the approprate sze
paper for prntng, and
specfy the correct sze of
paper n <PAPER SETTINGS>.
For prntng reports or lsts,
set the paper sze to <LTR>,
<LGL>, <A4>, <OFICIO>,
<BRAZIL- OFICIO>,
<MEXICOOFICIO>, <FOLIO>,
<GOVERNMENT-LETTER>,
<GOVERNMENTLEGAL> or
<FLSP>, and then load paper
of the same sze.
– After settng the approprate
sze paper for prntng,
specfy the correct sze
of paper n the <PAPER
SETTINGS> menu.
