• The alcohol described in the cleaning procedure is isopropyl alcohol.

A. Cleaning procedure
1. Open the top cover.
2. Wipe the paper feed roller [1] clean
of dirt using a soft cloth dampened
with alcohol.
B. Removal procedure
1. Open the top cover.
2. Remove the top cover.

3. Remove the screw [1], and then
remove the mounting plate [2] and
spring [3].
4. Remove the pick-up roller/paper feed
roller assy [1].
