Open the menu.
Select the menu item and confirm.

Select the menu item and confirm (‰ = Night

Select MSN and confirm, e.g. MSN1: Anna.

Set the external forward destination:
Select the menu item and confirm.

Enter the external destination phone number.
Press the display key to open the submenu.

Set the internal forward destination:
Select the menu item and confirm.

Select internal number, e .g. Internal 11.
Select the answering machine:
Select the menu item and confirm.

Select the answering machine you would like e.g.
AM2 . The calls are forwarded to the selected
answering machine.
Hold down (back to idle status).
Night service, internal: If the internal user is not registered or cannot
be reached (e.g. terminal deactivated), the call is not signalled and
the caller receives the busy signal.
Night service to an answering machine: Even if the answering
machine is deactivated, a call is signalled on the answering machine
and the answering machine takes the call after the set number of
rings (page 76).
