CHAPTER 5 TROUBLESHOOTING

1.3 Lower Press Assembly

If you have replaced the lower press assembly, check the parallelism between the folding
face and the trimming face; then, make adjustments as necessary. (For details, see 5.3 of
Chapter 3.)
1.4 Holder Upper Limit Sensor and the Holder Lower Limit
Sensor
If you have replaced the holder upper limit sensor or the holder lower limit sensor, adjust
its position when mounting it back into place. (For details, see 6.2 of Chapter 3.)
1.5 Belt Tension of the Holder Plate
If you have removed the holder plate, lift the plate [2] with a force of 1,500 ± 100 g using
a spring gauge [1]; then, secure it in place using 2 screws [3].
