CHAPTER 3 MECHANICAL SYSTEMS

6.2.1 Holder Upper Limit Sensor Adjustment

Fit the upper limit sensor to the sensor
mounting plate (upper) [3], and temporarily
secure it in position using 2 screws. Execute
holder motor test in service mode to move
the holder slide plate [9] to its upper limit.
(For details, see the section 2.5 in the ser-
vice mode chapter.)
With the holder slide plate [9] at its upper
limit, adjust the position of the sensor
mounting plate (upper) [3] so that the dis-
tance between the top edge of the upper
sensor and the top edge of the slide plate is
10 ± 1 mm; then, tightly secure it in place
using 2 screws.
