1.4 Basic Operation

1.4.1 Trimmer Control Panel (in service mode)

To return to standby state, press 'Menu'.

1.5.1 Backing Up Data

The following items are backed up by the trimmer control PCB:
• operation mode
• trim counter
• trim width adjustment value (trim width factory adjustment value)
• selected language
• trimmer ON/OFF
If a discrepancy occurs in the contents of the back-up, the settings will re-
turn to the following (default):
REF.
• operation mode: system
• trim counter: 0
• trim width adjustment value: 0 (each size; each adjustment value)
• selected language: Japanese
• Trimmer: ON
While on a service visit, do NOT change the setting of the DIP switch
(DSW3) on the trimmer controller PCB.
