FULL DOOR FACE INSTALLATION

NOTE: Several styles of full door faces are equipped with mounting hooks on backside of face, other styles have attachment slots.
Determine which type of full door face you have and follow corresponding instructions below
FULL DOOR FACES EQUIPPED WITH MOUNTING HOOKS
1. Install doors onto full door face.
2. Align hooks on backside of face with corresponding slots in fireplace face.
Set down into position.
FULL DOOR FACES EQUIPPED WITH ATTACHMENT SLOTS
1. Align (4) slots in face frame with mounting nuts on sides of fireplace frame, partially thread (4) 1/2" truss head screws (black) through
slots in face frame and into mounting nuts. Push face frame back to desired position. Tighten screws.
2. Attach lower grill (3 louvers) by threading 1" phillips head screws through mounting nuts on grill (1 ea. side) and into corresponding
holes at sides of face bottom. Tighten screws. When completed, grill may be adjusted slightly from side to side if necessary.
3. Attach upper grill (2 louvers) by threading 1" phillips head screws through mounting nuts (1 ea. side) on grill and into corresponding
holes at sides of face top. Tighten screws. When completed, grill may be adjusted from side to side if necessary.
4. Reinstall glass frame assembly.
5.
Close grills.
6.
Install doors by lowering door hinges over face hinge pins.
