Port Reset

Follow the steps below to reset a port.
Click System, Reset and then Port Reset.

6.5 DHCP Relay

DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol, RFC 2131 and RFC 2132) allows individual clients to obtain
TCP/IP configuration at start-up from a server. You can configure the IES to relay client TCP/IP configuration
requests to a DHCP server and the server's responses back to the clients.
6.5.1

DHCP Relay Agent Option 82

The IES can add the originating slot and port numbers to client TCP/IP configuration requests that it relays to a
DHCP server. This helps provide authentication about the source of the requests. You can also specify additional
information for the IES to add to the client TCP/IP configuration requests that it relays to the DHCP server.
6.5.2

DHCP Relay Setup

To configure DHCP relay, click System and DHCP Setup to display the screen as shown.
