FIELD
Label
Type a device name for identification purposes. If you do not configure this field, the default label is
"New Object".
Type
This field shows what type of device it is, for example a hub, workstation, router etc. This field
displays Device for the AAM1008.
Address
Type the IP address of the AAM1008.
Icon
You may change the default icon by clicking >> and then choosing a different icon.
Group
This is the group number associated with this type of device.
Descr
Type a description of your device in this (optional) field.

Refer to RFC 1901 for more information on SNMP Version 2 (SNMPv2). Follow this procedure if you're using
SNMPv2.
Right-click the Device icon and select Properties.
