CORRECTIVE ACTION
Connect the ADSL modem or router directly to the ADSL port using a different telephone
wire.
If the rates match, the quality of the telephone wiring that connects the subscriber to the
ADSL port may be limiting the speed to a certain rate.
If they do not match when a good wire is used, contact the distributor.

CORRECTIVE ACTION
Ping the AAM from the SNMP server. If you cannot, check the cable, connections and IP
configuration.
Check to see that the community (or trusted host) in the AAM matches the SNMP server's
community.
Make sure that your computer's IP address matches a configured trusted host IP address
(if configured).
