Cause
In [Effective Protocol], the IP
address is not enabled, or an
incorrect IP address has been
registered.
The "Effective Protocol" and
"SIP Server IP Address"
settings are different, or an
incorrect IP address has been
registered.
Solution
• In [System Settings], under
[Interface Settings], select
[Network], and then check "IPv4"
is programmed to "Active" in
[Effective Protocol]. You can also
use the Web Image Monitor for
confirmation. See the Web Image
Monitor's Help.
• In [System Settings], under
[Interface Settings], select
[Network], and then check the IP
address is correctly programmed
in [Machine IPv4 Address]. You
can also use the Web Image
Monitor for confirmation. See the
Web Image Monitor's Help.
• Contact the administrator.
• In [System Settings], under
[Interface Settings], select
[Network], and then check the IP
address is correctly programmed.
