· Telephone inventory information is required since optional telephone APR coverage is not available in the
inventory file that is automatically extracted.
· To ensure the most accurate inventory file, the system should be fully configured before starting the
registration process in GRT.
· The auto-extracted inventory file utilizes a "best match" approach to identify the corresponding hardware
material code. GRT provides users an opportunity to review and make adjustments to the final installed
base inventory record in situations where the "best match" does not accurately reflect the actual site
installation configuration.
· After completing the initial on-boarding process, the extracted inventory file can be generated again in
the future to capture any changes to the system configuration. This can be useful for ongoing service or
troubleshooting.
