The IP500 control unit is no longer sold by Avaya. IP500 V2 control unit is the current model available.
However, the IP500 control unit is supported with IP Office Release 8.0 software.
Earlier IP Office control units such as the IP406, IP406 V2, IP412 and Small Office Edition are not supported by
IP Office Release 8.0.
