DUST SEAL
Remove the dust seal.
Remove the swing arm.
Always replace pivot bearings in pairs.
PIVOT BEARING REPLACEMENT
Inspect the tapered roller bearings and races for
damage or wear.
NOTE:
Disconnect the universal joint from the final shaft.
Refer to page 14·4 for universal joint inspection.
Remove the right and left pivot bolts.
RACE
Remove the outer races with the bearing remover.
RACE
Remove the grease holder.
