FUEL SYSTEM
CARBURETOR REMOVAL
AIR CLEANER CASE
Remove the fairing lower covers, inner covers and
top compartment.
Remove the air cleaner element.
Remove the air cleaner case by removing four
screws.
Remove the element holder from the air chamber.
Disconnect the vacuum tube from the 3·way joint.
3·WAY JOINT
FUEL OUTLET LINE
Remove the right and left carburetor covers.
Disconnect the fuel pump outlet line from the fuel
pump.
Disconnect the spark plug caps from the spark plugs
and wire clamps.
Remove the eight intake pipe-lo-head bolts.
