WATER PUMP
Drain the oil and coolant and remove the radiator
and water pump cover.
Remove the front engine cover (page 2-4).
Remove the three water pump retaining bolts and
water pump.
NOTE:
Use new sealing washers when installing the
water pump.

Inspect the pump for worn bearings, loose shaft, or
damaged impeller. .
Do not try to repair the water pump. If it is worn or
damaged, replace it.
