edge and feeler gauge.

corner to corner.
Check the cylinders for warpage across the head
mating surface with a straight edge and feeler gauge.
SERViCE LIMIT: 0.10 rom (O.OO4 in)
NOTE:

VALVE SPRING INSPECTION
Measure the valve spring free length.
SERVICE LIMITS:
Inner spring: 39.0 mm (1.54 in)
Outer spring: 42.5 mm (1.67 in)
