Press a new bearing into the bearing holder with the
maf~ed~id~
facing up untllitis fully seated.

Support the bearing inner race and press the output
drive gear using the special tools.

Driver,. 40 mm 1.0.

NOTE:
• Place the pilot's threaded end into the drive
shaft.
• If the bearing, gear, holder and/or case is
replaced, a new shim must be selected (See page
13-33, Backlash Inspection).
