STARTER MOTOR
Install the new O-ring to the starter motor.
Use the new O-ring to prevent oil leakage.
Apply SUZUKl SUPER GREASE to the O-ring.
99000-25030: SUZUKl SUPER GREASE "A" (USA)
99000-25010: SUZUKl SUPER GREASE "A" (Others)
Install the starter motor

Tighten the starter motor mounting bolts with the clamp
securely.
NOTE:
First tighten the starter motor mounting bolt

ENGINE TOP SIDE

Install the piston rings in the order of oil ring, 2nd ring and 1st
ring.
The first member to go into the oil ring groove is a spacer

After placing the spacer, fit the two side rails

NOTE:
Side designations, top and bottom, are not applied to the spacer
and side rails: you can position each either way.

CAUTION
I
When installing the spacer, be careful not to allow its
two ends to overlap in the groove.
