Recording video or TV programs
Using the AJV connecting cable
You can record a tape Dora another VCR or a TV progranl fl'onl a TV that has video/
audio outputs. Use your camcorder as a recorder.
(1) Insert a blank tape (or a tape you want to record over) into your camcorder. If
you are recording a tape fi'om the VCR, insert a recorded tape into the VCR.
(2) Set the POWER switch to VCR.
(3) Press MENU, then set DISPLAY in _ to LCD in the menu settings (p. 89).
And press EXIT to return to FN.
(4) Press FN, then select PAGE3 (p. 16).
(5) Press REC CTRL.
(6) Press REC PAUSE.
(7) Press _ on the VCR to start playback if you are recording a tape fl'om VCR.
Select a TV program if you are recording fl'om TV. The picture from TV or
VCR appears in the viewfinder or on the LCD screen.
(8) Press REC START at the scene where you want to start recording Dora.
