Troubleshooting
Symptom
The power does not turn oil.
The end search flmction does not
work.
Tile end search flmction does not
work correctly.
The picture does not appear in the
viewfinder.
The battery pack is quickly
discharged.
The battery remaining indicator does
not indicate the correct time.
Cause and/or Corrective Actions
• Tile battery pack is not installed, or is dead or nearly dead.
") Install a charged battery pack (p. 10, 12).
• Tile AC adaptor is not connected to a wall outlet.
") Connect tile AC adaptor to a wall outlet (p. 14).
• Tile tape was ejected after recording when using a tape
without cassette memo1T (p. 26, 30).
• You have not recorded on the new cassette yet (p. 26, 30).
• Tile tape has a blank portion in tile heginning or middle
(p. 125).
• Tile LCD panel is open.
") Close the LCD panel (p. 20).
• When tile viewfinder is not pulled out until it clicks, the
picture does not appear in tile viewfinder.
") Pull out the viewfinder until it clicks (p. 18).
• Tile temperature of the envilonment is too low.
• Tile batte W pack is not flflly charged.
