3) Is the rated voltage present between F3 and F4 of RL1?
YES: Go to step 5.
Leakage breaker (CB1; faulty or OFF)

Noise filter (LF1)
4) Is the open/close lever of the leakage breaker (CB1) on the ON
NO:
YES: Check or replace the power cord and the noise filter (LF1).
