4 AUTO EXPOSURE ADJUSTMENT

1. Touch the "CHANGE" key for the "AUTO EXPOSURE ADJUSTMENT".
2. Touch the "LIGHTER" key or the "DARKER" key to move the cursor on the exposure
scale. Move the cursor to the right to make copies darker, and to the left to make
copies lighter.
3. Touch the "END" key.

5 MANUAL EXPOSURE ADJUSTMENT

1. Touch the "CHANGE" key for the "MANUAL EXPOSURE ADJUSTMENT".
2. Touch the "LIGHTER" key or "DARKER" key in each mode to move the cursor on the
exposure scale. Move right to make copies darker, and to left to make copies lighter.
3. When finishing the exposure setting in each mode, touch the "END" key.

6 QUALITY

1. Touch the "MIXED" key, "TEXT" key or "PHOTO" key for the "QUALITY".
* When setting other modes continuously, see the setting of each mode. When finishing
the setting, finish the copy default setting in accordance with the "
copy default setting" on page 75.

7 OUTPUT FORM

1. Touch the " SORT:ON" key or the "SORT:OFF" key for the "OUTPUT FORM".

8 PAPER SELECTION

1. Touch the "AUTO" key or "MANUAL" key for the "PAPER SELECTION".

9 JOB PROGRAMMING

1. Touch the "REGULAR" key or "OFF THE PLATEN" key for the "JOB
PROGRAMMING".
* When setting other modes continuously, see the setting of each mode. When finishing
the setting, finish the copy default setting in accordance with the "
copy default setting" on page 75.
