1. Pull out the deck of paper desk.
2. Remove the misfed paper without tearing it.
3. Push the deck all the way back in.
Paper misfeed in right deck cover
If "PAPER MISFEED. OPEN RIGHT COVER PAPER DECK." and the misfeed
location indicator shown in the illustration appear, misfeed has occurred in the right
deck cover.
* It is displayed only when using the deck-type paper desk.
1. Open the right deck cover.
2. Remove the misfed paper without tearing it.
* If the paper does tear, remove any scraps of torn paper from inside the copier.
3. Close the right deck cover.
2 Misfeed in paper transfer section
If "PAPER MISFEED. OPEN FRONT COVER." and the misfeed location indicator
shown in the illustration appear, misfeed occur in the paper transfer section.
