Because of the T1600 router's size and weight—up to 565 lb (256.3 kg) depending on
the configuration—we strongly recommend that you install the router using a mechanical
lift.
Gather the tools required to install the router.

Remove the power supplies and attach the T1600 installation handle.

Mount the T1600 chassis in the rack or cabinet.

Remove the T1600 installation handle, and reinstall the power supplies.
