Network Options
• Enable Emulation Sensing- sends a command that enables the printer to detect
whether print jobs use PCL or KPDL and print the job accordingly.
• Network Card Status Page- instructs the printer to generate a network card status
page when the printer is powered on.
• Set Zone- enables the user to set the Zone for the selected printer.
• Select Command to Send- enables the user to maintain a list of frequently used
Prescribe commands.
• Enter Text to Send- enables the user to enter Prescribe commands to be sent to the
printer. Some of the typical commands used in this list include settings for the form
feed time out, default printer emulation and interface, and establishing raster size.
• Add Button- adds the command string to the list of Commands to Send.
