Coordinates mode
Sets correction of the output coordinate system at output of the position information to ON/OFF.

The position information of the
input image coordinate system
itself is output.
When position shift correction is
set, the position of the
measurement region is corrected
by the amount of calculated shift.
Possible output results
The following values can be output when expressions are set.

Judgment result
The judgment result is output. (0:OK, -1:NG, -2: not measured)
Edge position
The X, Y coordinates of the edge position are output.
(-9999.999 to 9999.999)
Reference position
The X, Y coordinates of the edge position when the measurement
region is set are output. (-9999.999 to 9999.999)
Position difference
The difference obtained by "measurement position - reference
position" is output. (-9999.999 to 9999.999)

Coordinate system correction ON

When position shift correction is set,
the position information is output using
the coordinate system corrected to the
original state when the coordinate
system was registered.
In this example, edge position OK/NG
can be judged using only the Y-axis
coordinate threshold value.
